Yuasa’s 12 volt sealed lead acid battery with f2 terminals is a rechargeable model. This design uses oxygen recombination technology producing the optimum battery of its kind. Additionally its sealed construction ensures there is no electrolyte leakage from the case or terminals.

Like all of their Batteries the yuasa’s 12 Volt battery uses their unique suspension system. This system incorporates a microfine glass mat which retains the maximum amount of electrolytes in the cell. Since the electrolyte is retained in the separator material it cannot escape the cell. Additionally this eliminates the need for other gels or contaminants.

The design of Yuasa’s NP batteries incorporates the very latest oxygen recombination technology to effectively control the generation of gas during normal use. Due to the perfectly sealed construction and the recombination of gasses within the cell, the battery is almost maintenance free.

The combination of sealed construction and Yuasa’s unique electrolyte suspension system allows operation in any orientation, with no loss of performance or fear of electrolyte leakage.

The batteries are equipped with a simple, safe, low pressure venting system which releases excess gas and automatically reseals should there be a build up of gas within the battery due to severe overcharge. Note. On no account should the battery be charged in a sealed container.
