Small Company Beginnings
Fire & Safety Plus started out in 1958 as a small company that serviced fire extinguishers for local companies in Nebraska and Iowa. The small business was built in the basement of a small location in downtown Omaha. Founder Jack Huntley worked tirelessly to carry out his mission of providing quality extinguishers for businesses and residents in the Omaha area. Jack built the company by committing to quality without compromise and providing outstanding customer service.
Where We are Today
Today, Jack’s grandson Jay Huntley runs the family business with the same guiding principles in place. Even though Fire & Safety Plus has grown to serve customers on an international scale, today, we continue to service our local customers with the same commitment of service they’ve enjoyed since the company’s founding.
