Description
The SA-232 card provides an RS-232 interface to the panel. The card can be used to connect a printer to the control panel and print system events. It can also be used for uploading and downloading panel configuration, history, and current status to a PC running the configuration utility.
The RS-232 card is installed on the plastic assembly and connects to the main circuit board via a ribbon cable.
