Buckeye 50006 Class K Wet Chemical Hand Held Fire Extinguisher

Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers contain a blend of Potassium Acetate and Potassium Citrate that is extremely effective in combating fires fueled by the unsaturated cooking oils and greases used in today’s commercial cooking appliances. This agent excels at effectively fighting and cooling these very hot and difficult fires and its sealing qualities prevent re-ignition. The misting nozzle delivers the agent in a fine spray that prevents splashing of the burning grease and confines it to the cooking surface. The extinguishers are manufactured, tested, and Listed to ANSI/UL 8 and ANSI/UL 711 Standards. The extinguishers are designed to work in conjunction with pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems. They have been tested to extinguish one 18” x 24” fryer.
