Description

This extinguisher features an aluminum valve with a light- to medium-duty anodized aluminum valve body and an anodized aluminum handle and lever. Designed for longevity, the extinguisher has a durable high gloss polyester powder paint with an all-metal valve construction. Bilingual Labels. Vehicle Bracket Included.

The Amerex ABC fire extinguisher utilizes a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350°F and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. The abc fire extinguisher is suitable for types of fires involving ordinary combustibles, flammable liquid and energized electrical equipment.
